How do I order? 

Load up your shopping cart with the amazing things our local producers have listed.

Complete your purchase by clicking through the checkout process, after which an order confirmation email will be sent.

You order is processed in 48 hours and sent on next available delivery day.

You will be notified about delivery details on the day by our couriers.

 

What days can I order?

You can order any time! Delivery is 3 days per week.

Order Monday + Tuesday for a Friday delivery

Order Wednesday and Thursday for a Monday delivery

Order Friday + Saturday + Sunday for a Wednesday delivery

Delivery Days

What areas do you deliver to?

Palmerston North, Feilding, Marton, Bulls, Foxton, Levin, Eketahuna, Pahiatua, Woodville. No rural deliveries.

We aim to expand on these locations once we have found our feet.

 

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery ranges from $5  depending on where you are located and the size of your delivery

 

 

What days of the week do you deliver?

Monday + Wednesday + Friday

 

What if I'm not there to receive the delivery?

We use NZ Couriers to deliver This Little orders. If you are not in to receive a delivery, they have options for you to make other arrangements. See their website for details: www.nzcouriers.co.nz/redelivery

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD credit/debit cards for all online purchases.

I have allergies. Can you remove certain items from my box?

We are aware that many customers may have allergic reactions to some foods. However, at this time we cannot guarantee that allergens will be excluded from orders or that items in your order will have not come in contact with allergens. In addition, we and/or our suppliers store items in our warehouses as part of our offerings that either contain allergens (e.g., Peanut Butter) or have been packed in other facilities that are not allergen-free. We cannot guarantee that the items in your order will not come in contact with some of these products. 

 

Can you guarantee the quality of my products?

We have agreements with our suppliers about our expectations of high quality, fresh products so we know they are totally committed to bringing the best of what they do to you. We send the orders from our HQ and do quality checks as well. Anything we don't like we won't send.
